This is a groundbreaking vehicle inspection system that allows maintenance to be performed at the same time as the inspection, and enables the inspection to be completed in as little as 45 minutes from reception to completion.

After receiving your reservation, the store will send you a "Vehicle Inspection Guidebook" that explains the Holiday Vehicle Inspection System. It contains the date and time of the vehicle inspection and the estimated cost. It is also listed in "What you need on the day of the vehicle inspection." Please be sure to check it.

Vehicle inspection certificate
A vehicle inspection certificate is an official document that officially recognizes the owner or user of a vehicle (including motorcycles with a total engine displacement of over 250cc) and certifies that the vehicle complied with the vehicle safety standards at the time of inspection. It is commonly abbreviated to "vehicle inspection certificate."

Automobile liability insurance certificate(Compulsory automobile liability insurance)
Please bring a valid automobile liability insurance. If the insurance has expired, please consult with the store.

Vehicle tax payment certificate

You will need a certificate for this year. Please bring one that says "for continued testing." If you have lost it, please refer to the FAQ.

In some areas, tax payment certificates have been digitized, but as procedures vary at each Holiday Vehicle Inspection store, bringing your certificate with you will ensure the inspection process is completed smoothly.

Vehicle inspection fee

Please check the estimated price (standard price) listed in the vehicle inspection guidebook. Please note that depending on the condition of your vehicle, additional maintenance may be required, or preventive maintenance or part replacement may be required at your request, which will incur additional fees.

Your vehicle will be disassembled and inspected by nationally qualified mechanics according to inspection items based on the national safety standards. In addition, vehicle inspectors will carry out strict inspections. As the inspection is carried out by several maintenance professionals, it is quick and safe.

Once disassembly and inspection are complete, we will call you in. During the approximately 10-minute explanation, we will show you the condition of the parts and advise you on the appropriate time to replace them. You can decide for yourself whether to replace them at the time of the inspection or at a later date.

Please wait in the waiting room until the maintenance is completed. If it is not a major maintenance, we will not ask for additional time. Also, if additional time will be required, we will always confirm with you before starting the work.

Car AdvisorEasy to understand explanation
Once the inspection is complete, the Car Advisor will record the details discussed with the customer during the on-site inspection as well as the inspection results on the vehicle inspection maintenance report and warranty, and will explain the results to the customer in an easy-to-understand manner.

Settlement and vehicle inspection completed
Compliance mark(Provisional vehicle inspection certificate)will be issued.
After you have paid the inspection fee, we will issue you a certificate of conformity (provisional vehicle inspection certificate). This completes the inspection for that day.

We will contact you by postcard or phone when the time for your next vehicle inspection approaches to inform you of the maintenance required. Also, please feel free to contact us if you have any problems with your car.
